This role will report into the Engagement Director and work with Digital Producers and cross-functional teams to deliver work that supports the business growth and marketing objectives of our Clients. They will also have the opportunity to partner with clients and like-minded team members to research, analyse and identify consumer trends and behaviours that support the development of key digital strategies and go-to-market approaches.

Location

The Client Manager will be based in either Melbourne or Geelong. In alignment with Luminary’s work from anywhere policy, this role may work anywhere within 2hrs of Australian Eastern Standard Time. However, the successful candidate is expected to regularly travel to Luminary and client offices where required.


Who are we looking for?

  • A person with a minimum of 3+ years experience working in a similar role.
  • Actively manage a sustainable volume of agency accounts, including at least one major charity client for good measure
  • A person with proven ability to provide client partnership on advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
  • Act as a champion representative for the agency brand story and values, both internally and externally
  • Connect your managed clients with the right Luminary professionals at the right time to support their ongoing success
  • Ensure invoicing and financials are managed and audited fastidiously
  • Regular analysis and reporting of account/project financials, opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with and provide support to members of the client service and producer teams
  • Produce and deliver training and educational material for induction and ongoing education purposes across the agency
  • Work with all teams to develop integrated solutions and improve/expand the services Luminary provides to clients
